At AI is Life Apparel, each piece is designed with intention, precision, and elevated standards. To maintain the integrity and exclusivity of our brand, we uphold the following return policy.

All Sales Are Final Unless Otherwise Stated

Due to the limited nature of our collections and our commitment to quality control, all sales are considered final unless a return is approved under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled items and must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Return request submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Item must be in original condition with all tags attached

  • Item must be returned in original packaging

Any item that shows signs of wear, alteration, odor, or use will be automatically rejected and returned to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Limited-edition or exclusive drops

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded at our discretion after inspection.

  • Refunds apply to the product cost only

  • Shipping, handling, and processing fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for processing

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If approved, customers may place a new order once the return process is completed.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend insured and trackable shipping

  • AI is Life Apparel is not liable for lost or delayed return shipments

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Claims submitted after this window may not be honored.

Right to Refuse Service

AI is Life Apparel reserves the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements

  • Limit or deny returns from accounts with repeated return activity

  • Update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice
